We are pleased to introduce our home care team to you with a brief paragraph about each of our staff. All our home care staff are fully trained and between them, are able to provide a brilliant level of home care in the Cambridge area.

Frances Gray - Company Director

Frances is a highly successful Senior Manager with extensive experience in the retirement homes sector. She has recent experience in the management of an assisted living complex.
Her role involves identifying health care needs of the frail and elderly, conducting initial assessment of health care needs and working closely with other health care providers.
Frances also has an in depth knowledge of Administration, Staff Training and Supervision, Public Relations, Marketing and Budget Control. She has excellent communication and inter-personnel skills which assist in building strong customer and working relationships at a professional and personnel level.

Karen Gray Thorpe - Registered Manager

Karen has a wide range of experience in the Domiciliary Care sector and has worked at a Supervisory level for local care agencies.
She was involved in the implementation and management of an enhanced care team delivering care to clients with specialist care needs which necessitates two carers.
Karen was responsible for the initial assessment of clients who required care and liaised with family members and other health professionals in order to formulate individual care plans.
Karen’s previous employment has included being a Qualified Paramedic and she also has experience of running and managing her own businesses.

Jane Rolph - Office Manager

Jane is a registered General Nurse who has spent the last 30 years working in a variety of nursing roles. Lately she has spent time with elderly and disabled clients helping them to be as independent as possible, whilst giving their carers a respite break with Crossroads "Caring for Carers". She is also a Qualified Aromatherapist and has a Level I skill in British Sign Language.
