When Karen first started caring for our father, he was initially concerned at the thought of "strangers" being in the house but within days Karen had put his mind at rest. With her excellent care, support, patience & understanding, he is now able to enjoy a far better quality of life. We have never seen him as happy as when she organised a surprise celebration for his 90th birthday.
